Hope PT went well. I TOTALLY understand about running through the winter. The hardest time of the year for us New Englander's to find motivation to get out and run. But at least after running in snow, sleet and sub zero temps.....everything else will seem easy right?? :) :) :) :)
Timber is my only tri in 2010. I injured my achilles back in Oct. and have been trying to stay off it as much as possible. ( not fun) :)
I am doing a 24 hour race in NY in July so I am just riding my butt off. Literally :)
I am hoping to do Syracuse 70.3 if the run portion of the training goes well. Be careful with your calf. I've done that before too. Don't want to do any further damage that can ruin the rest of your season...
Hello Mandy...Welcome fellow New Englander...thank you for your kind comments on Jon...they are very much appreciated...thank you for being part of the WAR On ALS...for raising awareness and funds for ALS research, "so others may live".
