Ironman Arizona Run Aid #3 Memories from the day

Things went great yesterday, somehow we missed Rob Spinosa all three times, but judging by his times he was really moving. I got to enjoy a great personal interaction with Rudy Garcia Tolson, highlight of my day, I hope that by sharing how he has motivated me and every student I have ever had, that I helped provide some motivation for him to get to the line. Clearwater report

Like all the events we go to...we meet some real special people! Thank you John French for stopping and giving us a ride last night...we have you as a new friend now...

Race day was warm and sunny...Ironman did a super job with the swim start change at the last moment.

The expo went well...we were next to the very busy booth for the Miami 70.3....Wilbur and family did a super job and we look forward to your event Oct. 30, 2010!

Minnesota Vikings and the War On ALS!!

Chrissie is Great Britain's Athlete of the year

What a wonderful honour and she said her mum cried more than she did! She was interviewed today for the BBC and it will air in December...she got to talk about Jon and his foundation! What an ambassador she is for ALS!

My little boy continues to inspire others..."so others may live"

To My Fellow Blazeman Warriors:



I hope all of your races this season have been successful, and if you still have races coming up, I wish you much success in achieving your goals. Goals are what we as Blazeman Warriors are about. Haunted Co-Ed Tri Relay: Thank you
